QNetwork was really happy and proud to be able to fund two of the new basketball backboards that have now been installed at the school. QNetwork is primarily a social and casual communication avenue for parents and carers, but we usually make small profits on the events that we run like the theatre canteen. It was great that our funds were sufficient, in addition to other parent funding, to purchase and install the backboards. It is exactly this kind of item that is not funded by government contributions and relies on parents contributing to the Voluntary General Donation with your fees.
We are proud to be able to contribute to the ongoing development of valuable sporting and social facilities at Kew High School to enhance student learning and connectedness.
