Dear former Kew High School staff member, parent or student,
A group of former Kew HS staff, students and parents are keen to put together people’s recollections of their time at Kew HS with a view to possibly preparing a written history and/or a CD of the history of the school for the 50th anniversary in 2014. Whilst this date seems a long way off it does take years to collect this material, trace the people involved and assemble this together with school archival material.

Matriculation Class of 1968 Reunion
Forty years after walking out through the gates of their school for the last time in November 1968, over 100 former students and staff from that era are gathering again at KHS from noon on Saturday November 15. It will be a time for reminiscing, for stories that walk the corridors and classrooms, the playground and sporting fields of Kew High School from 1963-1968. We are the cohort who began in Form 1 (Year 7) at the old East Kew Central location for the very first year of the school history. Despite the time lapse, we still remember those days remarkably vividly and recall what a fantastic school it was back then. Greetings from the past to the students and staff of the modern era.
